Product Return Policy

Based on Customer Needs and Company Regulations

We ensure buyers' rights by allowing product returns and refunds in accordance with both customer needs and company policies.

Conditions for Product Return Policy

We guarantee product quality and, upon customer request, assist in resolving any disputes that may arise during transactions.

Customers may contact the company to negotiate dispute resolutions or report to relevant government authorities for support in resolving any conflicts that occur before, during, or after using the company’s products.

Return Conditions

We accept product return and refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • The company provides products without proper origin or fails to meet quality standards (e.g., food safety and hygiene).
  • The buyer has made a payment but has not received the product.
  • The seller delivers the wrong product to the buyer (e.g., incorrect size, color, etc.).
  • The product received by the buyer is significantly different from the seller’s description.
  • The seller voluntarily agrees to the return request from the buyer.

Each return/refund request is carefully reviewed. Buyers have the final decision regarding their request based on the above regulations and the company's Terms of Service.

No Returns for Change of Mind

Unless otherwise specified in this Return and Refund Policy, returns due to a change of mind from the buyer will not be accepted.

Seller’s Rights

When a return/refund request is received from the buyer, the company will notify the seller via written communication (notification on the app, email, or SMS).

The seller must respond within the timeframe specified by the company.

If no response is received within the given period, the company will assume that the seller fully agrees with the buyer’s request and will automatically issue a refund after receiving proof that the buyer has completed the return process.

The company monitors seller responses and has the final authority in approving or denying return/refund requests.

Condition of Returned Products

To avoid complications, buyers must follow the packaging guidelines stated in the Shipping Policy. The returned product must include all accessories, VAT invoices, warranty cards, and any other accompanying materials, if applicable.

The product must be in its original condition as received. FTC encourages buyers to record videos or take photos of the product upon receipt as evidence for potential disputes or claims.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer and seller must mutually agree on who will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to product defects, the buyer will not have to pay for return shipping.
  • If the return is due to buyer-related issues, the buyer must pay for return shipping directly to the logistics provider before sending the product back (unless otherwise agreed).

Refund Process for Returned Products

The company will issue a refund to the buyer when:

  • The seller confirms receipt of the returned product.
  • The seller accepts the buyer’s refund request without requiring a return.
  • The seller fails to respond within the pre-determined timeframe, in which case the company will automatically issue a refund to the buyer.

Communication Between Seller and Buyer

The company encourages users to negotiate and resolve any issues before requesting intervention. The company will only step in when the buyer and seller fail to reach a mutual agreement. Therefore, buyers should proactively contact sellers in case of any concerns regarding their orders.

Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

If the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.

If one party files a complaint with authorities, they must promptly notify the company and provide relevant information as requested.

If the funds for the disputed order have not yet been released to the seller per FTC's Payment Protection Policy, the company reserves the right to withhold payment to the seller until a final decision on the dispute resolution is made.
