DELIVERY TIME

• Same-day delivery: For distances within 20 km from our stocked locations.
• Longer distances: Our staff will assist in finding the most convenient delivery method for you.

Delivery times for specific areas:

• Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and other provinces
  • Under 5 km → Delivery within 30 minutes
  • 5 - 10 km → Delivery within 1 hour
  • 10 - 20 km → Delivery within 2 hours

🚚 Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
For individual and online orders, the earliest delivery is 1 day after placing the order.

DELIVERY FEE

• Orders under 5,000,000 VND: Shipping fee applies based on courier service rates.
• Orders above 5,000,000 VND: FREE delivery.
• For distances over 20 km, our team will assist in arranging the most suitable delivery option.
• For frequent bulk orders, free delivery may apply. If any additional shipping fees are required, we will inform you at the time of ordering.
